Reservations
For reservations, please contact us at (877) 359-2715. Due to the limited capacity of the Spa, we recommend booking in advance in order to guarantee your preferred time and treatment. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you have a gender preference for your massage therapist.

We regret that we are unable to offer spa treatments or use of the spa facilities for guests under the age of 16.
Arrival
Please plan to arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.
Facilities
In order to ensure your comfort and privacy, the Spa @ Sorrel River provides a common area, plus separate locker room facilities for men and women, including a steam room, sauna, and shower. Spa robes, slippers, and lockers as well as hair care and bath amenities are provided for use during your visit.
Medical
Before booking your spa treatment, please consult your doctor if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any other medical concerns. Please advise your therapist of any allergies or injuries.
Cancellation
To avoid being charged, 24-hour notice must be given in the event of any change or cancellation. We regret that due to scheduling limitations, we are unable to extend treatment time for guests arriving late to an appointment.
